1. International Shipping
International shipping service of tank containers from Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. Our main routes are Europe, the USA and Asia.. We cover your international shipping needs of containerized bulk liquid. Coordinating and following up the cargo all the way to its final destination, saving your company man-hours and the complex coordination of multiple providers.
2. Rental
Rental of the tank container for the time of the international journey. We provide standard T11 units with a capacity of 26000 liters, duly washed and accompanied by their corresponding CSC and cleanliness certificates in force.. All our units are apt for heating using water or steam by way of a coil system. You can trust the conditions and appropriateness of our units, we comply with current international legislation in order to ship your effort/product in unbeatable conditions.
3. Domestic Logistics
Local shipping Port/Plant/Warehouse/Washer. All the logistics of the tank container from its plant door to the port or from the port to the plant/warehouse with a single logistics provider simplifies the operation and avoids coordinating multiple providers. The service may include heating before unloading in your plant or transferring and/or fractioning if required. There is no need to appoint a special team as all the services are offered by our company.
4. Fleet Management
We offer coordination and full logistical administration of the domestic and international operation in tanktainers. We minimize the risks of a potential contingency, especially when handling hazardous goods.
5. Washing - Degasifying - Rendering inert - Nitrogenizing
We wash chemical and food grade tank containers with official certifications, the cleaning and rendering the tanks inert for liquefied gases and the application of a layer of nitrogen. It is an excellent tool to protect your products against contamination and/or to preserve your products that are sensitive to rusting in optimal conditions.
6. Special Kosher, Halal, FOSFA washing Certifications
Certification of your foodstuffs that comply with their corresponding religious rulings. Certain markets and/or purchasers require religious certifications to ensure that mainly foods are authorized for consumption by the community that respects the religious traditions. Our company uses the services of certification entities accredited by the Jewish and Muslim authorities.
7. CSC - Leak Test - Hydraulic Test Certifications
Inspections and tests in accordance with international standards in force, under the standards of the Dangerous Goods Code of the International Maritime Organization that establishes testing the units at periodical intervals. We work with the main international certification companies that have staff qualified to carry out the inspections.
8. Transferring liquids
Transferring liquids from one tank container to another, a tank container to a cistern, a tank container to an IBC for foodstuffs, chemicals and inflammable chemicals. We provide professional services for transferring liquids with ATEX equipment, and anti-spark pumps for operating with inflammable liquids. It is possible to fraction and transfer liquids from a tank container to an IBC, which includes the sale of the IBC.
9. Heating
Heating service for tank containers with hot water or steam for products that require this to facilitate unloading them. If requested, our company can provide this service before delivering the unit. This service is convenient if your plant has a heating service but insufficient space to store a tank container for the duration of the heating process.
10. Storage
Storage of empty tank containers and/or those containing hazardous or non-hazardous cargoes. Either due to lack of space in the plant or due to not having the machinery to handle the tank container or adequate floor to support the weight of the full tank container, our storage service solves these limitations.
11. Supply of parts
Replacement parts such as valves or gaskets and their replacement. Not only does our company provide the part but it also has the technical team required to make the change.
